I researched a number of watches I was interested in and exchanged messages with Hayden. I met up with him a day after to look at the watch and absolutely mint condition as he described.

He is very knowledgeable and patient.

There are a lot of underhand companies in this space, but Hayden is genuine, knowledgeable and patient, with no hard sell. Everything you would  want.

Brilliant service. Called Hayden and he managed to find me a Panda (at Short notice) for a very fair price, took my GMT off my part ex with few quibbles and give me reasonable money for it too. I think this company is going places due to their approach, I found Hayden to be authentic, calm, fair, attentive with high integrity and a personal touch compared to some of other larger watch company brands. As a customer, this is all you can ask for. He took time to get to know me as a customer and reasons for selling my watches to him, my interest in watches and gave me a fair and reasonable offer, sticking to what he said he would agree to.
