I reached out to TWUK after coming across an advertisement for a yacht-master on their website. I was greeted by a a polite, positive and friendly gentleman called Ben. I agreed to go look at the watch that afternoon. Buying a watch is a very nervous transaction, especially when not buying from the AD, Ben was great and didn't put any pressure on the deal, this after explaining my situation which In my experience with other dealers, when they aren’t sure if you are going to buy, they can be quite quick to change attitude.

Having gone away to think about it, I returned today and purchased the watch at a great price and hassle free. I would definitely recommend these guys as they are one of the few I have found who have a personal touch and understand the importance of such a transaction for the buyer . Can’t recommend highly enough.

I reached out to Ben as I saw an Explorer 39mm on Chrono24, and wanted to know if they did part-exchange. After a few messages and a call, I visited them in Canary Wharf and part-exchanged my Datejust 41mm for the Rolex Explorer. The process was simple, and they paid out the remainder on the spot.
