Deposit, Reservation & Purchase Terms
A £500 deposit is required to reserve any watch. By placing a deposit, you agree to the following terms:
Reservation
The £500 deposit secures the watch exclusively for you. Each watch is reserved for 72 hours from the time the deposit is received. During this period, the watch will not be offered for sale to other customers.
Next Steps After Deposit
Once your deposit has been received, we will be in contact within 24 hours to confirm your preferred next steps, including collection or insured delivery and payment of the remaining balance.
Balance Payment
The remaining balance must be paid within 72 hours of the deposit being received.
Full payment details will be provided once the deposit has been confirmed.
Payment Method – Insured Shipping
If you choose insured delivery, the remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer only. This ensures a secure and fully traceable transaction. Bank details will be provided after your deposit is received.
Payment Method – In-Store Collection (Canary Wharf, London)
You are welcome to collect your watch in person from our store in Canary Wharf, London. Payment of the remaining balance can be made via bank transfer or card in-store. For security purposes:
– Valid photo ID is required
– The payment card (if used) must match the ID and purchaser
– The same card used for the deposit must be presented where applicable
Failure to Complete Purchase
If the balance is not received within 72 hours, the reservation will automatically expire. The watch will be made available for sale again. The £500 deposit is non-refundable as it secures exclusive reservation of the item.
Verification & Security
We reserve the right to request additional identification or refuse completion of a transaction where verification requirements are not met. These measures are in place to protect both our clients and our business from fraudulent activity.
