I reached out to TWUK after coming across an advertisement for a yacht-master on their website. I was greeted by a a polite, positive and friendly gentleman called Ben. I agreed to go look at the watch that afternoon. Buying a watch is a very nervous transaction, especially when not buying from the AD, Ben was great and didn't put any pressure on the deal, this after explaining my situation which In my experience with other dealers, when they aren’t sure if you are going to buy, they can be quite quick to change attitude.Having gone away to think about it, I returned today and purchased the watch at a great price and hassle free. I would definitely recommend these guys as they are one of the few I have found who have a personal touch and understand the importance of such a transaction for the buyer . It was great to meet Ben after seeing the watch advertised. Naturally it can be nervy not knowing a new dealer personally but the service given and the watch sourced I was very happy with. I needed this watch to be delivered and received with 2 days for my Dad before he went on holiday where Ben got this sent straight away. Also the condition of the watch was exactly as per the photos shown and of course authentic. It was good to get to know Ben personally instead of it just being a business transaction deal as I always like to get to know anyone I make a deal with. Overall, it was a top class service and a very happy customer. I will be recommending him to others and use him for any future transactions.Thanks, Nicky
