Yes. Visits to our Canary Wharf premises are by appointment. Simply contact us beforehand and we’ll arrange a convenient time for you to come in.

Yes. Every watch listed as available on our website is physical stock held by Trade Watches UK. We don’t advertise watches simply to make our collection appear larger.
If you’re looking for a particular model or reference that we don’t currently have, we’ll be upfront about that and can discuss sourcing it for you instead.
Yes. You can reserve an available watch with a £500 deposit, which will secure the watch for you for 72 hours while the remaining balance is arranged.
Our stock is advertised live across several platforms, so unfortunately we cannot remove a watch from sale or hold it without a deposit.
Yes. Trade Watches UK also sells through established third-party marketplaces including eBay, Watchfinder Marketplace and Chrono24.
Due to the additional fees charged by third-party platforms, prices may be higher than when purchasing directly from Trade Watches UK.
All watches purchased directly from Trade Watches UK Ltd come with our 12-month Trade Watches UK Ltd warranty for added peace of mind.
Where a watch is still within its original manufacturer’s warranty period, that warranty will generally remain with the watch rather than the original owner, subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Where applicable, details of any remaining manufacturer warranty will be shown on the individual watch listing.
Yes. If you’re looking for a particular model or reference that we don’t currently have available, let us know what you’re looking for and we can help source it.
Yes. If you have a watch you’d like to part-exchange towards something from our current collection, send us the details and we can provide a valuation and let you know the difference to change.
Simply complete our valuation form and tell us a little about your watch, including the brand, model or reference, year, condition and whether you have the original box and papers. Photos are also really helpful.
Once we’ve reviewed the details, we’ll contact you with a valuation and explain the next steps.
In most cases, yes. We believe in being straightforward with our valuations and the price we offer is generally the price we pay, provided the watch is as described.
We don’t reduce an agreed valuation simply because a watch shows normal signs of wear or may require polishing. We would only look to revise an offer if, on inspection, we find something significant that wasn’t apparent from the information provided — for example, a chipped or damaged glass or another undisclosed issue.
If anything does affect the valuation, we’ll always explain it clearly before proceeding.
Not necessarily. We can consider watches without their original box or papers, although having them can affect the value of the watch. Every watch is assessed individually.
Yes. If you can’t visit us in person, we offer a fully insured UK postal service. We’ll provide the postage details and explain the process beforehand so you know exactly what to expect.
Once your watch has been received and inspected and you’re happy to proceed, payment is made by bank transfer on completion of the sale.
Our customers regularly describe their experience as straightforward, professional and hassle-free. Reviews often mention dealing personally with Hayden and Ben, clear communication, fair valuations, prompt payment and never feeling pressured into a sale.
Many of our customers also return to us when they’re ready to buy, sell or part-exchange another watch. With 280+ five-star Google reviews, we think our customers explain the Trade Watches UK experience better than we ever could.
